Step One
Team Design Submission
  • Complete our design submission form
  • You’ll need: inspirational images or sketches, budget, quantities, deadline, and a brief description of your theme and costume details
Step Two
Complimentary Design Sketches
  • Our design team will illustrate several custom costume options based on your submission
  • Up to three rounds of edits per your feedback
  • Fabric samples are sent at this step

Step Three
Design is Finalized
  • Pricing will be finalized
  • 50% deposit and production contract is due — your order becomes official!
  • Your contract & deposit must be received at least 10 weeks before your deadline
Step Four
Prototype Creation
  • Fabrics and trims are ordered for your entire order
  • Prototype is patterned, cut, and sewn based on your approved final sketch

Step Five
Critique & Evaluation
  • Your prototype is shipped to you to evaluate design, fit, and function in person
  • Critique form is due within 1 week
  • Small design changes are allowed at this point
  • Major design changes or add-ons require additional funds — all changes must be in writing

Step Six
Sizes Are Due
  • Sizes are due within 1 week of receiving your prototype
  • Order with confidence using our complimentary Satin Stitches Sizing Kit
  • We offer a wide range of sizes: XS–6X
Step Seven
Production Begins
  • Your order is cut, sewn, and embellished based on your prototype + any agreed-upon changes
⚡ Action Required
Step Eight
Order is Shipped
  • Final balance is due before we ship
  • Delivery is insured and requires a signature
  • Ready for performing! 🎉
