SHIPPING TIMES

  • Small orders are shipped via USPS Ground (estimated delivery: 2–5 business days).
  • Expedited shipping options are available:
    • USPS Priority (1–3 business days)
    • USPS Express (1–2 business days)
  • Large orders are shipped via UPS Ground (estimated delivery: 1–5 business days).
  • Delivery estimates are based on business days and may vary depending on location and carrier demand.

  • $131-$250 – $15
  • $251-$350 – $17
  • $351 – $500 – $20
  • $500-$700 – $25
  • $700-$1000 – $30
  • $1000-2000 – $50
  • $2000-3000 – $70
  • $4000-5000 – $90
  • $5000-$6000 – $110
  • $7000-$8000 – $120

RUSH ORDERS + FEES

When applicable, Satin Stitches offers rush orders for a 30% fee. This fee is taken from the cart total of the order. This is only applicable on cart totals less than $750

Rush orders are processed in seven business days, and then shipped out. The rush fee does not take into account shipping times. Refer to shipping times above to understand when your order may arrive. 

Disclaimers on Rush Fees: 

  • Rush processing is only available when explicitly offered during checkout. If rush fees are not presented as an option at checkout, it means we are unable to accommodate expedited orders currently due to current order volume. Thank you for your understanding.
  • All rush orders are subject to fabric availability. If the selected fabric is not in stock, we will contact you as soon as possible with comparable alternatives that can be delivered within the one‑week timeframe.
