Our custom costumes are for teams that want to have a specific idea and vision that cannot be achieved through a semi-custom costume. These costumes are truly unique to each team and can take 12-17 weeks to complete. We have laid out the step-by-step timelines below to help you better understand the custom order process and what does into creating a custom team dance order! 

Start the custom design process by completing our design submission form. You will need:

• Inspirational Images or Sketches
• Budget
• Quantities
• Deadline
• A brief description of your theme and costume details

Based on your submission, our talented design team will illustrate several custom costume options

• Per your feedback, we will make up to three rounds of edits to your design
• Fabric samples are sent at this step

Once your final sketch is selected, the following steps are taken:

• Pricing will be finalized
• 50% deposit and production contract is due, and your order becomes official!

(Your contract & deposit must be received at least 10 weeks before your deadline)

• Fabrics and trims are ordered for your entire order
• Prototype is patterned, cut, and sewn based on your approved final sketch. 

• Your prototype is shipped to you, so you can evaluate the design, fit, and function in person.
• Your critique form is due within 1 week

Small design changes are allowed at this point

Major design changes or add-ons will require additional funds. All requested changes must be made in writing. 

• Sizes are due within 1 week of receiving your prototype

Your order is cut, sewn, and embellished based on your prototype + any agreed upon changes! 

• Final balance is due before we ship!
• This deliver is insured and will require a signature
