An order is considered official once a sketch has been approved and a deposit has been submitted. Our team is standing by to assist you with the design process.

Semi-custom sketches and price quotes are complimentary.

Sizes are due 4 weeks after you have placed your order.

THE FINE PRINT:
• Sketch and design details must be finalized at the time of your order.
• Major design changes are not allowed after your order has been placed.
• Once fabrics and trims are approved, we order enough for your entire order.
• You can increase the number of costumes ordered within the first 4 weeks, but you cannot decrease from the original quantity.
• A 50% deposit must be recieved or postmarked by the EB deadline to lock in your savings and make your order official. The final balance is due before we ship our completed costumes.
• Quantity Discounts, Prepayment Discounts (5% off for paying by organizational check) and Referral Program Discounts are stackable with Early Bird Discounts. Other discounts do not apply.
• This special is for new custom & semi-custom team orders and reorders only. Web styles are not eligible.

Early Prototype

$500 off for teams who are able to finalize a design and submit a deposit before July 1st, 2025.

Rules and Regulations:

  • Sizes are due 8 weeks before your delivery date.
  • An order is considered official once a sketch has been
    approved and a deposit has been submitted. Our team is
    standing by to assist you with the design process. Sketching
    and price quotes are complimentary.
  • Your prototype will be delivered before August 1st, 2025.
    You will have 2 weeks to submit feedback.

• This special is for new custom & semi-custom team orders and reorders only. Web styles are not eligible.

• Minor changes are acceptable when critiquing your prototype.
• Once fabrics and trims are approved, we order enough for your entire order.
• You can increase the number of costumes ordered when you submit your sizes, but you cannot decrease from the original quantity.
• A 50% deposit must be recieved or postmarked by the EB deadline to lock in your savings and make your order official.

Referral Program

Refer a new custom or semi-custom team client and you both get 5% off!

Rules and Regulations:

  • A new client is considered a team that has not
    ordered from us in at least 5 years.
  • You are allowed to stack this discount.
  • Each team order must be 15+ costumes.

FINE PRINT:
• The 5% discount is capped at 30 costumes for both teams.
• The new client must tell us who referred them.
• The discount is not applied until the new client has finalized their order by submitted a deposit.
• If your order is already paid in full, your discount amount will be applied as a credit to the following year.
• Early Bird Discounts, Quantity Discounts and Prepayment Discounts can be combined with Referral Program Discounts.
• You can layer multiple Referral Program Discounts if you refer multiple clients. Other discounts do not apply.
